Sr. BlackBerry Developer

Vignet is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and creative Sr. BlackBerry developer. The BlackBerry Developer/Programmer position is primarily a production role focused on developing Applications for BlackBerry based Mobile Phones using BlackBerry JDE. The individual must have an exceptionally strong knowledge of Blackberry JDE 4.1 and above and to code efficiently.

Technical Skills:

• 4+ years of professional job experience in writing java applications for embedded/mobile platform.
• Working with a professional-quality software IDE (Eclipse).
• Experience with BlackBerry JDE Plug-in or Legacy Blackberry JDE.
• Understanding and Knowledge of Blackberry Framework and API.
• Knowledge in J2ME, JavaScript, XML, XHTML and other relevant interactive languages.
• Experience of full SDLC on Blackberry. Experienced in development, testing, packaging, and making it available to users of Blackberry-powered mobile devices.
• Information architecture, Interface design and layout
• Experience with other Mobile Platform will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Health Care domain will be an added advantage.
• BE/B-Tech/MCA/MCS degree.
