QA Manager
Vignet is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and creative Manager-QA. The position is primarily a lead role- QA focused based on Mobile Phones application. The individual must have an excellent skill set in develop, implement, maintain and improve QA processes & standards.
Technical Skills:
- Experience to lead, motivate and mentor a team of Quality Assurance Engineers.
- Take an active role in the maintenance of the QA test environments, proactively recommending software improvements.
- Manage QC (Quality control) for test case plan, analysis and review all sorts of reports.
- Create, execute and regress manual test suites for mobile application (iphone, Android, Blackberry, etc.).
- Collaborate with the development team to define and implement an automation infrastructure for testing mobile applications.
- Expertise in Tracking tool (any one): Bugzilla, Mantis, Quality Control (QC).
- Expertise in different automated testing tool (Mobile): QTP, Test complete etc.
- Documents maintains for test plan, test strategies, and process.
- Organize, update, verify and coordinate bug tracking issues.
- Develop and execute policies that will ensure QA best practices for mobile applications.
- Organize large volume of information and requirement into a QA project plan.

- 7+ years experience delivering proven interactive solutions.

- Strong verbal and written skills- whether in communications with clients or in-house.
